» Our Guarantee:
We guarantee that the merchandise you have purchased from Carpet Smart Mill Outlet to be of first quality and free of manufacturing defects. This guarantee does not apply to merchandise sold as other than first quality and clearly identified as such on this contract. It is the responsibility of the Buyer(s) to inspect all purchases prior to cutting for installation for any defects. Merchandise sold as other than first quality is sold on an "as is" basis as it pertains to manufacturing defects.

» Wear:
All carpet installed residentially over approved under pad is warranted against wear as provided by the warranty. This applies to carpet purchased as first quality and/or carpet purchased as other than first quality. Warranties exclude carpet which has been put to "abnormal" and/or "commercial" use unless otherwise stated in your specified warranty. "Commercial" use includes but is not limited to use in a store, office, other places of business, or where the public is admitted. "Abnormal" use includes but is not limited to water damage from plumbing, storm or flood, damage from improper maintenance. Buyer(s) acknowledge receipt of printed warranty information from Carpet Smart Mill Outlet.

» Installers:
